- Return Time
Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Items returned outside this time frame cannot be returned or refunded. - Return Conditions

with your order number and reason for return.
According to our feedback, print it out and include it in the package. - Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked mailing service to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method and the processing time is usually 5-10 business days. - Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item, please follow the return process to request a return and specify the item you want to exchange when contacting us. You will need to place a new order to receive the new item, and the shipping policy for the new order will still apply. - Guarantee of the goods you carry
If the item you received is defective or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide relevant photos and description so that we can process it.
